Welcome to our ShopFreeMart Profit Share Training. ShopFreeMart is our first of its kind Member Shopping Club that is free to join and which pays generous profit shares back to its members.
Profit shares are paid to members who make product sales whether they have personally purchased a product or not and since no autoship is required to get paid, nobody is being hurt financially like many of us have experienced with other companies in the past. And since Profit Shares are only paid on the sale of products, ShopFreeMart is not classified as a pyramid sales organization.
At ShopFreeMart, we find products that are pure and highly concentrated so that our members actually see and feel benefits, which often results in them purchasing over and over again.
Profit Share Value of Products
Speaking of profit shares, let me explain the term Profit Share Value or PSV. This is important to understand because PSV is the amount of money that is left over after we pay for our products and our overhead, which includes services we provide, like our website, customer service, etc. Profit Share Value is that portion of every sale that is paid to our members. PSV allows us to price our products extremely fairly while still paying out generous profit shares and allows ShopFreeMart to remain in business so we can continue to pay profit shares to our members for many years to come
For example, some of our products have a retail price of $48 and a PSV of $27. So, let’s look at how a person can literally become financially free by building a member team where each member purchases as little as one product each month having a Profit Share Value of $27.
Profit Sharing Plan Comparisons
The graphic on the right is a comparison between ShopFreeMart’s Profit Sharing Plan and 22 of the top referral based companies. Based upon building a 3x9 member team and each member purchasing just two products each month having a PSV of $50 each month, your monthly income could be as little as $621 a month with one of these companies and range as high as $73,662.00 a month with ShopFreeMart. The reason I show you this is because you could be cheating yourself by building an organization with the wrong company.
It is important to note that the $73,662 shown in this example is only 32% of the PSV that ShopFreeMart pays to its members. The other 68% is being paid simultaneously to members in our other three Profit Sharing Plans.
Four Ways To Get Paid
There are four ways you can get paid from each sale of ShopFreeMart products.
Infinity Fast Start Plan
Our Infinity Fast Start Plan is unique to ShopFreeMart. This plan was designed to help members earn some quick cash for necessary expenses like putting groceries on the table. I call it bread and butter money because this plan allows someone to go to work today and put some groceries on the table as early as next week.
Everybody starts on a level playing field as a Free Member. When a member makes his or her first sale, they will earn 10% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by that member forever.
Making your first sale also advances you to the ranking of Diamond Member and gives you a 10% pay raise.
Diamond Profit Shares
You will then earn 20% of the PSV on your second sale and on all products purchased by that member forever.
When your second purchasing member makes a sale, you will earn 10% override on that person’s purchases forever. You will also earn 10% override on that person’s first sale and each person’s first sale and all succeeding purchases any of these members make in that leg to infinity depth forever.
Double Diamond Profit Shares
Your second sale also advances you to Double Diamond Member and gives you another 10% pay raise. Without exception, ShopFreeMart gives you the easiest and fastest rank advancements and pay raises of any referral based company in the history of the industry!
Make your third sale and you will earn 30% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by that member forever.
When your third purchasing member makes his or her first sale, you will earn 20% override on that person’s purchases forever. You will also earn 20% override on that person’s first sale and the first sale of each person in that leg to infinity depth forever. For every person from whom you receive a 20% override, you will also earn 10% override on their first sale to infinity forever.
Triple Diamond Profit Shares
Your third sale advances you to Triple Diamond Member and gives you another 10% pay raise.
On your next six sales (sales 4-9) you will earn 40% of the Profit Share Value assigned to the products purchased by those members forever.
When members 4-9 each make their first sale, you will earn 30% override on those person’s purchases forever. You will also earn 30% override on all of the first sales in that leg to infinity depth forever. For every person from whom you receive a 30% override, you will also earn 20% override on the first sale in that leg to infinity and for every person from whom you receive a 20% override, you will earn 10% override on the first sale in that leg to infinity forever.
Ambassador Profit Shares
Your ninth sale advances you to Ambassador Member and gives you another 10% pay raise. On all future sales (sales 10 – infinity) you will earn 50% of the PSV assigned to the products purchased by those members forever.
You will also earn 40% overrides on each of the first sales in legs 4-9 to infinity, plus 30% on each of the second sales in those legs to infinity, plus 20% on each of the third sales in those legs to infinity, plus 10% on each of the fourth through ninth sales in those legs to infinity depth forever.
For every person from whom you receive 40% overrides, you will receive 30% overrides on the first sale in those legs to infinity, 20% overrides from the second sale and 10% overrides from the third sale in those legs to infinity depth forever.
For every person from who you receive 30% overrides, you will receive 20% overrides on the first sale and 10% on the second sale in those legs to infinity and for every person from who you receive 20% overrides, you will receive 10% overrides on the first sale in those legs to infinity depth forever.
Finally, any members that you received direct profit shares or override profit shares on purchases they made, you will continue to receive those same percentages on all succeeding purchases forever.
Folks, this is unbelievably powerful and there are so many possible ways for you to earn profit shares that it is virtually impossible to put it into a chart or give you examples of how much money you could potentially earn in this part of our plan. Recap of Ambassador 5 Generation Profit Shares
Next is our Ambassador 5 Generation Profit Shares, which begin when you achieve the rank of Ambassador and develop one or more Ambassadors anywhere in your success team.
You have just seen how many times an Ambassador can get paid. As an Ambassador, you will start earning 2% of the PSV on every order that that pays another Ambassador in your success team down through five generations of Ambassadors.
For example, let’s say that somebody on your third level reaches Ambassador and there is no Ambassador between you and them. That person would be your first generation Ambassador. And let’s say that someone on their fifth level reaches Ambassador with no one between them. That person would be your second generation Ambassador. So two generations of Ambassadors could encompass all of the people through ten or more levels of that leg of your success team. So the thing you want to do, is to get to Ambassador as quickly as you can and help as many other people on your team get to Ambassador as quickly as they can.
Unilevel Profit Shares
Our Unilevel pays 32% of the PSV through 9-levels
Don’t be fooled by the fact that we only pay 32% of the PSV into the Unilevel portion of our Profit Sharing Plan and we divide that amount between only 9 levels of the Unilevel. You can literally create a legacy income in the Unilevel that can be passed onto future generations, but it is not get rich quick. Plan on giving 2-5 years of solid effort to create a walk away income.
I will demonstrate the power of the Unilevel using math to create some income models, but before I do that, let me just give a disclaimer. Your income will be based entirely upon your ability to build a member team of persons who purchase ShopFreeMart products. We make no guarantees other than to pay you the profit shares that you rightfully earn.
I personally like building income models because it helps me to visualize my possibilities and also what gives me the incentive to do the work necessary to build a big team and earn some serious money.
What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve. It’s a little bit like creating a blueprint for that new house you are going to build. Once you get it on paper, you get an idea of what it is going to look like when it is built and if you just keep putting one brick on top of another, eventually the house will materialize. You need to get a real clear picture of the success team that you want to build. Make goals and write them down on paper and revisit your plan every day and even multiple times a day. Continue to add to or make changes to your goals each time you revisit them. The more clear you get about your goals, the faster you will achieve them. There is truly something magical about this process and you will never really understand it until you experience it personally.
So, let’s look at some examples, but again, these examples are not a guarantee of income. Your success is totally dependent upon your own willingness to do whatever is necessary to achieve it.
Unilevel 2x9 Member Team Profit Share Example
For the first example, we are going to assume that you refer two people on your first level and they in turn refer two people on each of their first levels. Based upon everybody through 9-levels personally referring two people and each person purchasing two products with a PSV of $50. Let me say it again, the Unilevel is not going to make you rich short-term.
We are talking about a 2-5 year commitment for most people, although if a majority of people really believed the numbers I am giving you, this could be accomplished in a matter of weeks.
When you total up the 9 levels, you get a grand total of $2,515.00. To some people that is a lot of money and for many of you who are retired, you probably worked 40 years to retire on half that amount.
Unilevel 3x9 Member Team Profit Share Example
For the second example, we are going to assume that you refer three people on your first level and they in turn refer three people on each of their first levels and you continue that progression through 9-levels. On level 1 you have 3 people. On level 2 you have 9 people. On level 3 you have 27 people. On level 4 you have 81 people and level 5 you have 243 people.
On level 6 where there are 729 people. For this example, everybody purchases two products with a Profit Share Value of $50. When you total up the 9 levels you would earn $73,662.00.
Recap Unilevel
There is a phenomenon in the referral based industry and it goes like this. What you do tends to duplicate throughout your team, so if you bring in three people there's a good chance they could bring in three who could bring in three etc. And, the beauty of a Unilevel is that your front level can hold as many people as you can personally refer.
You have seen what you could earn with a 3x9 member team. Imagine what would happen if everybody understood the power of just doing a little bit more. Do the math and have fun!
Global and Crown Profit Shares
Last, but not least is our Leadership Profit Share Plan in which we pay out 8% of the total profit shares and although we pay the smallest percentage in this plan, for those people who work hard enough to build a large member team, this one plan alone can make you fabulously wealthy. To put this into perspective, most binary compensation plans pay only 10% of the commission volume on your weakest leg and still people earn millions of dollars in these plans. Imagine if you could have and unlimited number of legs and earn up to 8% on all of them. We are talking about an unbelievable amount of money, but again, it takes time and a lot of work to build a big enough team for 8% to make you wealthy.

Profit Share Value
One thing I want to point out here is that we pay out a hundred percent of the PSV in most cases.
There is one exception; members who haven’t made a product purchase for more than 30 days only earn 50% of the profit shares they would normally have received, if they had made a purchase within the past 30 days, but the moment that member makes a purchase, he or she is instantly qualified for 100% of the profit shares earned for the next 30 days. This gives members a strong incentive to purchase one or more products each month without forcing them to be on autoship.
How Profit Shares Are Paid
Finally, your profit shares are paid to you in two ways. Eighty percent (80%) is paid to you in cash and twenty percent (20%) is paid to you in the form of credit that can be used to purchase ShopFreeMart products. This will be listed in your Member Dashboard under the Sales Tab as Virtual Money.
The Chicago World's Fair in 1933 issued wooden nickels as souvenirs, and the tradition of wooden nickels as tokens and souvenirs continues to the present day. When I was growing up, it was common to receive wooden nickels from different stores. A wooden nickel could be redeemed for 5 cents at the establishment that issued it.
ShopFreeMart Virtual Money accomplishes the same thing as the old wooden nickels. It keeps customers coming back to ShopFreeMart to redeem their Virtual Money. ShopFreeMart pays equal profit shares on products purchased with virtual money as it does on credit card purchases. This benefits our members in three ways. It allows you to earn future products as opposed to paying for them out of your pocket. It increases the number of products purchased by many of our members, which in turn increases your profit shares and virtual money.

These are merely hypothetical examples of how much money could be earned and your success will depend upon the work that you do.
